YaRO Kiselev

Yaro began his career in Earth Science, but swiftly transitioned to healthcare in pursuit of a deeper passion of improving the healthcare system in Alberta. Yaro has worked at provincial and federal levels in healthcare in a variety of leadership and support roles. As a senior executive leader for the past 5 years, Yaro has worked in areas of operations, strategy, education, finance, human resources and as a lead consultant on major infrastructure projects. With a drive to constantly improve, be creative and innovate, Yaro has successfully expanded business streams and developed and built new business models to address emerging needs. Behind all these roles and projects, Yaro prides himself in his ability to develop meaningful relationships and foster individual growth at every level in the organization. In pursuit of innovation, Yaro has developed skills and interest in “design thinking”, applying this methodology to numerous operational reviews and restructuring initiatives that he has completed. Yaro holds a Masters Degree in Leadership, a professional designations in LEADS, and is a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE).

Tyler Smith

Tyler co-founded the firm with a passionate desire to elevate organizations, their leaders and people in an effort to help others discover better ways to achieve success.

Tyler started his career in healthcare and has assumed many leadership roles in both public and private industries to address and navigate complex and poorly understood issues. He has successfully worked with federal, provincial and local groups to address key strategic issues from system-wide culture change to local population growth and community expansion.

Tyler completed a Master of Arts in Leadership degree at Royal Roads University and a Bachelors of Nursing degree at the University of Calgary. His education has been critical to fostering a growing curiosity for complex issues and utilizing a multi-faceted approach through research and analytics when creating actionable solutions.

Outside of work, Tyler is a budding arborist, carpenter and manages a small off-grid farm in rural Alberta with his wife and two girls. He participates in a student mentorship program at the University of Calgary and actively serves as a Board Member for the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
